Fully Human Psychology
Serving your search for healing, purpose, freedom.
Chris Bradshaw, PhD, LPC
Psychotherapist, Writer
Do you want more out of life, and yet feel like something holds you back? Many possess great strengths and goals (even if they are hidden or buried), and yet struggle with anxiety, depression, or addictive behaviors. Many have experienced significant trauma, or patterns of psychological wounding. Perhaps you've felt like trauma defines you. Can these traumas/wounds give you strength, experience, and resilience, instead of interfering in your life and love? There are relationships to find or improve. There are projects and interests to pursue. Many are grieving a major loss or change and need skilled, present, and ethical support.
Therapy can help you access strengths, abilities, and resources. Through a safe, skilled, non-judgmental, and confidential therapy process we uncover what blocks you, determine the function this blockage attempts to play in your life, and help you to overcome. There is relief to access, as well as great meaning and power.
It takes courage and intelligence to reach out for support. I respect your desire to heal and grow. We do not have to suffer so intensely, and our lives can become much more meaningful, creative, and rich than we can always envision. I offer experienced, ethical, confidential, and caring psychotherapy. I hope we speak and determine if this would be a fit.
Note: it is usually considered unethical for therapists to request testimonials from clients. Therefore, you will note that on this website I have testimonials from colleagues about my practice of therapy.
If you want more information about outcomes with clients, please reach out to me directly. I am able to share some generalized information while respecting confidentiality.
I do not work with everyone in therapy who reaches out to me, because I want to ensure that I am a good fit to support you.
